This hybrid position is based in Madrid with flexible remote and office working.

Mission

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our ground solutions business by identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, securing new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the aerospace and urban mobility sectors.

Principal functions

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends within the new mobility industry. Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the remote-driven, autonomous and urban mobility sectors. Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with the company’s goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Analyze and understand customer needs and preferences. Develop strategies to effectively position our ground solutions in the market.
  • Commercial Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the commercial pipeline, actively engaging with potential clients, and progressing leads through the sales funnel. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell our ground solutions.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in commercial and business development activities within the aerospace or urban mobility industry.
  • Strong understanding of autonomy and remote-driving technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing complex deals and partnerships.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to manage the commercial pipeline and close deals.
