This hybrid position is based in Madrid with flexible remote and office working.
We are looking for a Flight physics engineer.
Mission
The mission of this job position is taking part in the common activities of the aircraft flight physics department. Aerodynamic, stability, aeroelastic, simulation and control are the main area of knowledge included in the department. Definition, execution and analyses of necessary tests are also Included In each area.
Principal functions
- To analyse the aircraft aero-stability behaviour Including manoeuvres and general performance.
- To develop predictive models about the aircraft behaviour.
- Take part in the test’s definition, execution and results analysis.
Experience
- Aerospace engineering degree.
- Languages: Spanish, English.
- Desirable 2+ years of experience (also open to more junior profiles).
- Advance knowledge in matlab/simulink.
- Deep knowledge in aircraft aerodynamic and stability.
- Real time simulations.
- Aerodynamic tests.
- Flight tests.
