CRISALION Mobility, a European leader in the development of efficient, safe and sustainable electric mobility solutions, has today signed a strategic agreement with Wilbur Air for a pre-order of 100 Integrity aircraft.

Wilbur Air, a wholly owned airline subsidiary of Australian eVTOL infrastructure developer, Skyportz, will operate CRISALION’s Integrity aircraft across its network of 2

vertiports set to be built across the country. The integration of the Integrity aircraft into Wilbur’s operations will provide its customers with a sustainable, innovative and accessible urban mobility alternative and revolutionise how we move people and freight.

Signed at CRISALION’s debut at the UK Farnborough International Airshow, today’s announcement represents a key milestone in Australia’s sustainable aviation journey, embedding zero emissions aircraft into the future of its transport infrastructure. Following recent pre-orders in the European market, the partnership also signifies CRISALION’s first commercial agreement within the Australian market – a testament to the increasing global demand for its advanced mobility solutions.

The Integrity eVTOL, currently in development, is designed to accommodate up to five passengers and a pilot. Built for urban and inter-city transport, the aircraft will serve a variety of purposes including cargo, urban mobility, emergency services and tourism missions. It is expected to travel 130km at cruising speeds of 180km/h, with a 400kg payload, while producing minimal noise.

Integrity features CRISALION’s FlyFree technology, a patented propulsion system allowing control of the aircraft’s movements in all directions. The advanced system features 16 motors, arranged in two arms on each side of the aircraft. Each arm can independently adjust its thrust vector in both pitch and roll, using the differential thrust of the motors.

Supported by sophisticated control technology and dedicated rotor design for aerodynamic efficiency, stability, precision and cabin control, the system enables a superior passenger experience. Significant investments in engineering and flight testing have been crucial to the success of FlyFree.

Carlos Poveda, Founder and CEO of CRISALION Mobility, said “Today’s announcement is a testament to our unwavering commitment to sustainable air travel and we’re delighted to partner with one of Australia’s foremost AAM pioneers. Together, with our Integrity aircraft, we will develop an urban mobility solution that will transform cities and lives across the country.”

Clem Newton-Brown, CEO of Wilbur Air, said “We are very excited about the prospect of having CRISALION Mobility’s eVTOLs operating out of our vertiports under the Wilbur Air brand. Many of our partners are looking for exactly the skill set that CRISALION Mobility offers.”
