Under the agreement, the firms will join forces to develop advanced aerial mobility projects in Europe and Latin America, as well as for the demonstration and integration testing of eVTOLs and vertiports.

This strategic alliance brings together two leading Spanish AAM companies in a close collaboration aimed at fostering and advancing integrations of interest for the purpose of safe and efficient ground and air operations.

The initial goal is to integrate eVTOLs into vertiports and to define their operations, with the aim of planning and optimising the processes linking interactions and interfaces between eVTOLs and vertiports. This includes expediting smart mobility in and around vertiports, as well as ensuring operational safety and efficiency during take-off and landing in the relevant airspace.
